TIPS FOR MIXING YOUR WHEY PROTEIN:
1) The colder the liquid you hydrate with, the better the drinks will taste. Of course, this isn’t true for our hot chocolate recipe…
2) You may want to reconsider using a metal water bottle to hydrate your whey. There is some evidence that a blender can reduce the health benefits of whey protein and it is not clear whether this is due to breaking up the protein chains or due to the exposure of the protein to metals. If you want to use your aluminum water bottle, you will be most successful if you use an individual serving pouch with a small opening in the packet, then mix with water. If you want to hydrate with milk, do it in a blender bottle first.
3) If you want to make a smoothie and make sure your preserve the most glutathione benefit as possible, always blend the fruit into the liquid in your blender first without the protein. If you use a blender bottle to do this, you can just take the blender bottom off, add the protein and shaker screen, put the top on and shake to dissolve the protein. This is the safest way to mix your smoothies and preserve the quality of your protein.
MIXING IDEAS:
Blueberries and Creme Shake:
- 6oz 2% or 1% milk
- 2oz fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop vanilla tera'swhey™
1) Blend all ingredients (except tera'swhey) in a blender.
2) Remove the bottom of your blender from your blender bottle*,
3) Add the teraswhey and blender bottle screen and top, then shake and enjoy!

Peaches and Creme Shake:
- 6oz 1% milk
- Half a peach
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
- 1 scoop vanilla tera'swhey
1) Blend all ingredients (except tera'swhey) in a blender.
2) Remove the bottom of your blender from your blender bottle.
3) Add the teraswhey and blender bottle* screen and top, then shake and enjoy!
Purple Passion Shake:
- 6oz 2% milk
- 2oz fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop tera'swhey™ acai whey protein
1) Blend all ingredients (except tera'swhey) in a blender.
2) Remove the bottom of your blender from your blender bottle.

Yumberry Blitz Shake:
- 6oz 1% milk
- 1oz fresh raspberries
- 1oz fresh blueberries
- 1 scoop yumberry tera'swhey™
1) Blend all ingredients (except tera'swhey) in a blender.
2) Remove the bottom of your blender from your blender bottle.
3) Add the tera'swhey and blender bottle* screen and top, then shake.
Chocolate Decadance Shake:
- 6oz 1% milk
- 4 large fresh strawberries
- 1 scoop chocolate tera'swhey™
1) Blend all ingredients (except tera'swhey) in a blender.
2) Remove the bottom of your blender from your blender bottle*.
3) Add the teraswhey and blender bottle screen and top, then shake and enjoy!
Kiwi Bannana Shake:
- 6oz 1% milk
- Half a kiwi
- Half a small banana
- 1 scoop tera'swhey™ vanilla whey protein
1) Blend all ingredients (except tera'swhey) in a blender.
2) Remove the bottom of your blender from your blender bottle*.
3) Add the tera'swhey and blender bottle screen and top, then shake.
Whey Hot Chocolate:
- 6 oz 1% milk
- 1 scoop tera'swhey™ chocolate whey protein
(add a little brewed coffee to taste if you want that extra kick)
1) Heat milk in the microwave or on the stove to deired temperature.
2) Combine heated milk with tera'swhey in a blender bottle* and shake.
3) Serve while hot! Enjoy!

Yumberry Yogurt:
- 6oz vanilla (organic) yogurt
- 2 oz fresh blue berries
- Half scoop teraswhey™ yumberry whey protein
1) Use a large spoon to mix whey protein powder in a bowl with the yogurt and berries.
2) Instant Yum!
Eat on its own or with granola for high protein, high anti oxidant, high fiber meal. A very quick and simple idea to mix in the morning to take with you when you're on the go.
